PRIVACY INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 AND 14 OF THE GDPR FOR DATA COLLECTED DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY FROM THE INTERESTED PARTY

The data are reserved to contact you (via Newsletter) for advertising or commercial communications regarding exclusive benefits that HYTEK S.R.L reserves for you, as well as to know your satisfaction about the service we offer and to be able to improve our offer.

1-C) The categories of personal data processed are:

– directly by the interested party on the occasion of the conclusion of contracts;

– from public registers, deeds, acts or documents available to anyone, within the limits and in the ways established by the rules of their knowability.

1-D) Treatment Modalities
The processing of personal data is done via a series of operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2 GDPR and more precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, conservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of the data.
The personal data are processed both on paper and electronically.

1-E) The recipients or any categories of recipients are:
Post office or other mail delivery company, including credit institutions, debt collection agencies, law firms, insurance undertakings, companies in charge of the maintenance and/or repair of the computer systems, professional firms and/or company associations that provide us with certain services (accounting and/or tax service, etc…), public entities.

1-F) The data may be made accessible for these purposes to employees and collaborators of the owner, in their capacity as appointees and/or external processors and/or system administrators.

2-A)Period of storage of personal data:
Your data will be processed for the entire duration of the established relationships and also subsequently for the fulfilment of legal obligations.
As for the newsletters, personal data will instead be processed until the consent of the Interested party is revoked. In any case HYTEK S.R.L. has the possibility to keep the personal data of the Interested party up to the time allowed by the Italian law for the protection of its own.

2-B) The data are kept and checked by adopting appropriate preventive security measures, in order to prevent risks of loss, destruction, not allowed access, not allowed processing that deviates from the purposes for which the processing is carried out.

2-C) The management and the storage of the personal data will take place in the territory of the European Union.

2-D) We inform you of the existence of your right to ask us for access to your personal data, to correct them, to delete them, to limit the processing of your data, to oppose about their processing, to the portability of the data.

2-E) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

2-F) The communication of your data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract, therefore its refusal to communicate the data will make it impossible to fulfill the contract.
